Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify our office more than 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, it will be subject to the following penalties.

The next appointment with our office not have any discounts applied to it. If the appointment is a pre-paid appointment, either due to a bundle or gift certificate or other reason, the difference between the discounted price and a standard price will need to be paid at the next appointment.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours twice in a row, then our office will send an invoice to the email on file with us through Square with a service fee of 50% the appointment’s price. Future appointments will not be scheduled with our office until the fee is resolved.

No Shows will be sent an invoice through our Square system with a service fee of 50% of the appointment’s price. Future appointments will not be scheduled with our office until said fee is paid. The next appointment scheduled with our office will have no discounts applied to it.

Our office will not reschedule with any client that commits a No Show twice consecutively.

The initial updates made started June 19th, 2023, with updates made to the policy December 1st, 2023. Any changes that need made to any current appointments because of these policies can be made by contacting our office via Email, Text or Phone Call.

Late Arrivals

All appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. If the treatment does not start on time, the session time will be reduced accordingly and paid full price.

If a client is more than 15 minutes late, we may require the appointment to be rescheduled, and will be considered a late cancellation.

Gift Certificates and New Clients

Our office is unable to accept any new clients at this time. We are still scheduling anyone with a Gift Certificate that has already been purchased.

If you are buying, a Gift Certificate after May 2023, please ensure that it is for an existing client. Our office will reach out to confirm and will refund the purchase minus the processing fees if they are not a client.
